How long will it take to get my renewed door?
Turn-around time for doors is one week; however there are a few exceptions-the condition of the current door might require some extra TLC that may lengthen the turn-around time.
Will the temporary door replacement be secure?
No need to worry about the security of our temporary door. Your temporary door will be of similar strength to the door being replaced.
After I upload a photo how long will it take to get the estimate?
You will receive an estimate within 2 business days of sending your email with an uploaded photo. You can upload a photo by clicking here.
Do you have paint color books I can look at to determine a color for my door?
Yes, rest assured we have paint color books that you can look at – The Ugly Door Company partners with Sherwin Williams, so all colors are available.
Is there an app out there that I can take a picture of my door and see different options?
Yes through Sherwin Williams website…. Color Snap & Color Selector.
When is payment required?
Deposit of 25% at acceptance of proposal, and balance upon completion. We offer credit card, check and cash for payment options.
Is there a guarantee, if yes what is it?
Yes, there is a one year guarantee from completion date.
Will you keep our paint, product and color information on hand for future reference?
Client project information is kept for one year.
